We offer free returns for any faulty or damaged product within 30 days of purchase.
For faulty items we will refund P&P with proof of posting. However for unwanted items you will need to pay the p&p yourself.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DVDs must be returned in original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
There are no refunds applied to Gift Vouchers.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact me by email (adelia@theartofmassage.co.uk) to say what you want to return.
- I will email you an address label for you to print off (you will need to pay for the postage).
- If your item(s) were faulty, please include a copy of the proof of postage clearly showing the cost.
- Please keep proof of posting as otherwise items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
- The amount will be refunded by PayPal.
